I visited your restaurant for lunch today and had to write to thank you for a super meal. There were a few other customers and everyone seemed to enjoy their food and the surroundings. I have never heard of your hotel before but it is a cut above anything else in the area. Thank you to Kamel who looked after us very graciously. We will be back, Regards,

Dear Beales Hotel staff, Thank you for looking after me and my family during our recent flooding of our house. The hotel is a wonderful place to spend a few days, and I am very grateful to you all. The restaurant was super, with lovely food. Please thank Felipe and Alex especially. The bedroom 21 was comfortable, and well looked after thanks to Kat and her team. Thought we'd try you out for lunch today (self and daughter) but restaurant was deserted (no staff / customers) at aro 2.30pm - had we missed lunch? - and the single person at reception was fully tied up with other customers, so waited a little while and then left. a disappointing first visit - perhaps we just chose a bad time or the wrong day as all the other posts are positive

Six of our family (including four members well into their 80's)spent Christmas at Beales having stayed there in August on the occasion of our daughter's wedding. Our second visit didn't disappoint. A big thank you to all the staff (for whom nothing seemed too much trouble) for making us feel so welcome, with special thanks to Clare Markham and Nathan Wiffen

I had to come to Hatfield for a meeting at Ocado last week. Checking prices and reviews online, I found your hotel and although it was just a place to stay for the night, I was quite surprised at how good it was. Very modern and sleek. Will definitely stay at your hotel again next time I am in the area. thanks guys.

My wife and I attended the Welwyn Hatfield Conservative Association annual dinner on Friday 15th October. It was a great occasion - the hotel seemed to be very busy, but the food was of a high standard, the service was attentive, and the speeches and auction were entertaining. This was the first time that we had been to Beales Hotel and we were impressed, not knowing that anything like this standard existed in Hatfield.

Just got back from 2 nights at your hotel. Wish we had one like this in Manchester ! Been working at T-mobile and this hotel made the whole stay very pleasant indeed. Well done to all your team on a fine hotel (I liked the pictures best).

We stayed at Beales Hotel last weekend as we were visiting our son and his new baby. A long time ago we stayed at the old Hatfield Lodge Hotel, and were amazed at the transformation of the site. The staff were all very kind to us, and the food on Saturday night was delicious. We will be back as we are proud grandparents and will be visiting the area often from now on !
